We've designed this event with you at the heart. Our main intentions are:
| self care yes, take advantage of the ample free time built into the schedule to really take care of yourself. Do get plenty of rest, fluids, and food. | kindness & patience weekend events can be intense; be extra kind to and patient with yourself and others this weekend ❣️ | | --- | --- | | growth & learning take care of yourself so you're able to more easily absorb the lessons and morsels of wisdom shared throughout the weekend! | inspiration we hope you'll be as inspired as we are by those we bring and the magic they bring to this world! And we hope that you keep a little (if not all) of this inspiration with you through the next week and into forever. | | presence & listening we bring guests and artists who are present and genuinely care about people and community. let's give them our all in return and really be present with them during class! Remember to also listen to your body and take breaks as needed throughout the event. | |
